West Side Story Cast

  Tyler Zirker   Tony   Tyler Zirker is thrilled to be playing Tony in our production of West Side Story. He recently graduated from CBC and will be moving to attend WSU in August with a focus on finding out what to do with his life.  This will be his fifth and his last MCMT show! He appeared earlier this year as an ancestor in The Addams Family, Henry in Next to Normal, and he hit you with his best shot as Franz in CBC’s Rock of Ages.   Tyler wants to thank his mom and his girlfriend for their constant support and belief in him. He also wants to express his gratitude to the Tri-City theater community for the lifelong friends and memories through eight years of growing up and 21 productions.

  Cleopatra Howell   Maria   Cleo Howell is a junior at Kamiakin High School. She has been in numerous productions at the Academy of Children's Theatre and at Kamiakin High School.  West Side Story is her 4th production with MCMT. Some of her roles include Belle in Beauty and the Beast (ACT), Zaneeta Shinn in the Music Man (MCMT), and most recently Grace Fryer in Radium Girls (Kamiakin HS). Along with performing on stage, Cleo has also choreographed some shows at ACT, and is a member of Scarlet and Gold Choir at Kamiakin HS.

  Kaleb Harshfield   Baby John   This is Kaleb's sixteenth show and he is super excited to have the opportunity to work with Mid Columbia Musical Theater again after his experience in their production of "Ragtime." He looks forward to the intensive dancing in store and the beautiful and sculpted calf's he will behold at the end of the production.

Pedro Torres is the owner of a Fitness Movement Gym Academy called S.E.D. Fitness located in Downtown Pasco within the Tri-City Black Belt Academy. He is also Co-Founder of Renegade Rage Obstacle Course Challenge in Pasco's Rural Farm Lands.

His passions are Health & Wellness by way of Mind, Body, and Spiritual Conditioning. He exercises physically with Strength Training, Endurance Training, and Flexibility. These are done to play his passions of Martial Arts, Dancing, Obstacle Course Training, and Travel.

Mind & Spiritual Training is done by reading Books and Studying Philosophy and regular practice of Prayer, Meditation, and Reading. This will be his 1st play since doing Zuit Suit @ CBC in High School 2002.

 

  Damien Valencia   Indio   MCMT Debut. My name is Damien Anthony Valencia and I am 15 born on August 10th, 2002 in Pasco Washington and I go to Chiawana High School and I am in West Side Story. My name is Damien Anthony Valencia and I am 15 born on August 10th, 2002 in Pasco Washington and I go to Chiawana High School and I am in West Side Story. I have been in 1 show before this one called Clue.
I aspire to become an actor in the future. I have wanted to become an actor since the first Nacho Libre came out.

Brielle is so so excited to be apart of the cast of West Side Story!!!   Carson Roach   Minnie / Stage Manager   MCMT Debut.  This is Carson’s MCMT debut as both an actress and stage manager. She had been involved in theatre for seven years prior to graduating and has continued to volunteer in the PHS theatre department since then. A few of her favorite shows she has been involved in include “In the Heights” (PHS, 2013) and “West Side Story” (PHS, 2014.) Carson Roach
Minnie / Stage Manager

MCMT Debut. 
This is Carson’s MCMT debut as both an actress and stage manager. She had been involved in theatre for seven years prior to graduating and has continued to volunteer in the PHS theatre department since then. A few of her favorite shows she has been involved in include “In the Heights” (PHS, 2013) and “West Side Story” (PHS, 2014.)   Anna Ward   Clarice   MCMT Debut.  Anna Ward is a Freshman at Hanford High School. She has been a part of several different Color Guard groups throughout the region, and is currently instructing at Kennewick High School. She is thrilled to be a part of a team of people so dedicated to the art of storytelling. 

  Gracie Eissens   Pauline   MCMT Debut.  Gracie Eissens is a student at Hanford high School that has been participating in the performing arts since Freshman year. The most recent musical she's been a part of was  South Pacific . She also was recently in the play  The Odyssey where she pla ed the character of Athena at the state thespian festival in Bellingham at Western Washington University. She loves every aspect of acting and hopes to continue to expand her theater experience beyond the high school level.
